Classic Omakase Sushi course
An intimate and exquisite dining experience created by sushi chefs
Keisuke Sugiyama
Born in Iwanai Town, Hokkaido, he took up the mantle from his father, a distinguished sushi chef. After intensive training, he emerged as a prominent sushi artisan in his own right.
He now serves as the sushi chef and CEO of the Sei Sushi, a legacy from the previous generation. While respecting tradition, his unique approach is characterized by a cutting-edge style that doesn't adhere strictly to established methods. Under his leadership, the establishment has gained widespread popularity, attracting food enthusiasts from around the globe.
His remarkable achievements have drawn international attention, as evidenced by a feature on a Canadian TV program in 2018, which was broadcasted in 44 countries. Through this global recognition, he remains committed to uplifting his beloved hometown of Iwanai.
