I travelled around the world twice in search for the country that suited me best. After years of traveling, however, I fell in love with Iwanai, just a couple of hours away from my hometown of Sapporo. I found a new home in Iwanai's natural wonders, abundance of food, and warmth of the community. This inspired me to establish a travel agency to share my love of Iwanai and to provide language support in guiding people around Iwanai and the surrounding area.
Iwanai is only one hour away from Niseko, and is home to unique, authentic Japanese experiences. Enjoy mountains alongside coastal scenery and savour freshly caught seafood. With a long history as a fishing town, Iwanai takes pride in its people, customs, and community. Notably, despite 80% of the town burning down in a great fire in 1954, Iwanai recovered at an amazing pace and is more resilient as a result.
